Vertically centered: logo image, username `TextField`, password `TextField` (obscured), submit button. 2. **Username validation:** min 3, max 11 characters. 3. **Password validation:** min 3, max 11 characters. 4. Submit button **disabled** until both validators pass. 5. Hardcode two valid username/password pairs. Invalid submission shows a snackbar. 6. On success, navigate to Home (`pushReplacement`). **Persist** the logged-in state via `shared_preferences` — reopening the app should bypass the login screen.

Acceptance criteria

Inline errors appear once the user has interacted with a field.
Submit is disabled until both fields satisfy the length constraints.
Successful login persists across app restarts.
Reopening the app sends the user past the login screen.
